Everything a lifter needs

Fast logging and smart coaching. Both free.

01 — LOGGING

Know what to beat before you unrack.

Last session's weight and reps sit right there, so every set has a target.

  • Big-target gym keypad
  • Rest timer starts itself between sets
  • Plate calculator tells you what to load

02 — SET TYPES

The set types serious lifters actually use.

Warm-ups don't count toward your volume, muscle split or PRs. Supersets only start rest after the last exercise in the group.

  • Warm-up, drop and failure sets
  • Supersets that rest as a group
  • Log in kg or lb

03 — PROGRESS

Train smarter, not just harder.

Progressive overload suggestions for your next session, each one with the reason behind it. PRs are detected automatically, with the date you set them.

  • Strength and volume trends across five time ranges
  • 1RM calculator: Epley, Brzycki, Lombardi
A FitJot strength trend chart showing estimated strength over time.
04 — BALANCE

See where every set actually lands.

A weekly muscle split shows how your sets spread across every muscle group, so lagging body parts stop hiding.

05 — PROGRAMS

Programs and routines. None locked.

Start from a ready-made program, copied into your own routines so you can edit it. Or build from scratch: reorder exercises, set target reps, and schedule by weekday.

06 — EXERCISES

1,200+ exercises, with the muscles that move them.

Instructions, equipment, and a muscle map showing primary and secondary movers. Filter by body part or equipment.
